Help us donate to the Lebanon Humanitarian Needs Appeal
Following the recent explosion in Lebanon, the humanitarian needs are immense. The situation was already dire for the Lebanese people due to socio/economic problems that crippled the country, and it is getting worse everyday.
Having contributed to the Canadian Red Cross campaign during the 2019 Quebec floods, we were approached again by the Canadian Red Cross this year to help with the Lebanon humanitarian cause.
There are many needs which are still urgent on the ground, and they include:
- Emergency medical services
- Food, water and shelter
- PPE for responders working on the ground in harsh Covid-19 conditions
All the money raised for this appeal will help the Red Cross take care of people in Lebanon directly affected by the explosion as well as the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
