Encapsulation of a crawl space in Lachine, Qc

The problem:

This client who lives in Lachine had an unprotected crawl space thatwas very humid. She also had a problem with the structure of the ceiling of her crawl space which was not adequate. The support beams she had were not great and this could become dangerous in the long term. That is why she wanted to fix this situation and while researching the web she found our website and requested a free estimate.

Solution

The solution:

Following the inspection carried out by our certified specialist in crawl space system design, the solution chosen for this project was to encapsulate the entire crawl space with the CleanSpace membrane and to install SmartJacks in order to replace the original supports which were not suitable for this crawl space.
