Challenge

Our client had a foundation problem. The wooden support beams were beginning to sag. He had started to realize this when the floors in his house were no longer level and got slightly tilted.

In order to solve his problem, he contacted Système Sous-sol to obtain a solution and a free quote.

Solution

Our specialist went to his home and took the time to fully explain the chosen solution. The joists of the house had to be supported and readjusted so that the floor can return to its original place.

We installed our SmartJack foundation support systems to initially support the joists. Then we adjusted the height of the SmartJacks in order to raise them so that they could turn back the floor to its original position.

Our client now enjoys a house with no foundation problems.
