One of our clients who lives in Cheneville contacted Systèmes Sous-sol Qc, because he saw that his foundation walls had cracked. They were horizontal and stair-like cracks. He actually noticed that one of the walls was curved towards the interior of the basement. So he got worried and wanted to have his foundation walls inspected by some foundation repair professionals.

Solution

The solution was to stabilize the failing foundation walls with our PowerBrace.

First of all we can notice the crack in the shape of stair steps which joins a long horizontal crack that separates the wall in two. The lower part of the walls is inclined towards the interior of the basement.
