His career journey is marked by significant milestones, including serving as Team Leader at the Operations Centre of RBC Royal Bank and Sales Director of Mortgage Brokers at Orbis Mortgage Group.
Throughout his tenure in these roles, Luigi honed his skills in team management, sales strategy development, and performance evaluation. His dedication to continuous improvement is reflected in his commitment to ongoing training and certification in effective management and systems specialization.
Since joining our team, Luigi has embraced his role with enthusiasm and determination. His day-to-day responsibilities revolve around training, coaching, and leading the sales team to achieve their goals. He meticulously evaluates Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sales reports, presenting and analyzing them daily to inform strategic decision-making. Luigi is also instrumental in implementing procedures, guidelines, and policies to optimize sales processes and drive overall performance.
