Nicolas Giroux

With over 30 years of experience serving clients across various industries, Nicolas brings a wealth of knowledge to my role at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec. His background includes extensive work in construction and renovation, where he was involved in expansion projects, new home constructions, and home improvements. Additionally, Nicolas holds a degree in Information Technology from HEC, which has allowed him to work in IT and mortgages within the banking industry.

In his day-to-day responsibilities, Nicolas visits multiple homes, confronting a variety of issues in basements, crawl spaces, foundations, and attics. Collaborating closely with clients, he crafts personalized solutions tailored to their unique needs. Nicolas maintains constant communication with his clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are promptly addressed. Committed to ongoing professional development, he strives to enhance his expertise continually, aiming to provide superior service with each passing day.

For 14 years, Nicolas worked in private wine import sales, serving around 200 restaurant clients throughout Quebec. During the pandemic, he operated a franchise in a disinfection company, further broadening his expertise in customer service and business management.
What he enjoys most about his job is the ability to serve clients by offering them the best possible system for their basement needs. Having worked with customers for over three decades, Nicolas  finds great satisfaction in providing permanent solutions that give clients peace of mind.

In his spare time, Nicolas enjoys woodworking, particularly making furniture from barn wood. In addition to being an avid runner with 13 marathons completed, he love skiing with his children during the winter, and he is passionate about riding motorcycles in the summer.
