Our client’s house had water infiltration problems due to a leakage throughout his basement’s window, and Systèmes Sous-sol Québec interfered to fix this problem permanently! We have installed a drain from the window leading to the sump pump system, and injected the area with our company’s Flexispan in order to repair the cracks.

Basement Window Leakage

The basement window was the source of the water leakage , since the downspout was dumping lots of water during heavy rain.

Efflorensence on the Walls

You can see clearly the Efflorescence on the basement walls which are signs of water leakage.

Flexispan Injection

The Flexispan Permanently stops water leakage through basement wall cracks and can't leak or reopen like mortar-based repairs.

Polyurethane Injection

After injecting the low viscosity polyurethane foam resin, it expands on contact with water to expand and foam. Once this foaming is complete, the water will not be able to enter your basement.
