Photo Album: Water infiltration problems in Saint-Anicet, Qc

Our client from St-Anicet started having water infiltration problems that were damaging her entire walls and area, even though she had already a pedestal sump pump installed in the basement. After asking for our help, we have informed her that this problem is very common and there is no need to rebuild the place. There are alternative solutions that will help in solving this problem once and for all. We dig a trench a few inches, to lay our inner drain the "WaterGuard" under the slab and installed a waterproofing membrane that lays on the wall of the foundation and directs the water to the WaterGuard .

The Waterguard was adapted with the addition of a waterproofing membrane to direct the water from the walls to it and to cope with the problem of the slab that was originally installed.
