Photo Album: Waterproofing a wet basement in Saint-Michel-Des-Saint, Qc
Our client in Saint-Michel-Des-Saints, who find us on the internet, had some problems in his wet basement and contacted our company asking for our help!
We informed Mr. David that his years of struggles can be solved in a few days only, and so we started the installation after his approval.
The waterproofing system included an interior drainage system to capture water from the walls and floors, and was connected to a SuperSump pump system that can evacuate up to 2650 gallons of water per hour without noise and an IceGuard and a Discharge line accessory.

Water seeps under the concrete slab, making it wet.
Insulation that does not work
This kind of insulation is not appropriate, and our client needs to waterproof the place to prevent water seepage
Digging for the' Waterguard' interior system
Our team has removed about 6"-8" of concrete floor in order to properly place the WaterGurard in the sub-floor and at the top the footer.

Our system is installed on the foundation footing out of the mud and dirt.
More details about our interior drainage system
Our system has a 3/8" flange lip extends out to collect water and not dirt.
