The photo gallery shows the waterproofing work done inside the basement using our patented systems WaterGuard, SuperSump and WellDuct.
Inspection the cold room within the basement
A humid and cold basement can lead to mold growth, which poses health risks to the home's residents. It can also cause structural damage, weakening the foundation over time.
Installing the WaterGuard Internal Drainage System
The installation of the WaterGuard internal drain begins with excavating a small trench along the perimeter of the basement floor. Then, the drain is then positioned to collect and direct water infiltrating through the walls into the sump pump. Once installed, the drain is covered with concrete, remaining discreetly under the floor, ensuring that water is efficiently channeled away from the foundation.
Our SuperSump sump pump System
The installation of the SuperSump sump pump system starts by digging a sump pit in the basement floor, where the pump is placed to collect water coming for the WaterGuard internal drain. The pump is then connected to discharge pipes that expel the water away from the foundation.
WellDuct System
The WellDuct system is designed to effectively address leaky basement windows. It captures water that seeps in and directs it into the WaterGuard drainage system, preventing it from infiltrating inside the home.
