Interview with GMREB concerning basement problems

The problems of water infiltration and moisture in the basement and crawl space are very common in Quebec. Situations like this can only get worse with time, and we must address these issues before they cause more damage to your home, or health problems for the occupants of the house.

The Greater Montréal Real Estate Board has recognized the importance of this issue, especially since no one would buy a house with problems of water infiltration and excessive moisture in the basement or crawl space.
