Sales Process
One important factor of the basement leakage was missed/misunderstood, so the design had to be changed slighly when the installation crew arrived. This also cost more money. However, the salesperson was very cooperative and everything worked out fine.

The Cleanup Process
The crew removed all the debris, and even mopped up the dust, but they left a layer of concrete dust on the floor and my personal mop&bucket combo was ruined. They should probably supply their own mop & bucket. However, this was not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, and I was very pleased with their hard work overall.
