Houssem clearly knows his stuff and explained clearly. You were more expensive. BTW, your first crew booked to do the work did not show up, did not phone to let me know. I called your prod department and he said he was busy and would call back. He never did! Shit shit shit all the way through. Thank goodness that Maria stepped in and got me rebooked for the following monday. Thank you Maria. The crew that actually did show up on the Monday was very good, courteous and clean. I suggest losing the originally-booked crew. We spent much time preparing for a no-show without even a call to explain.
