Repairing a foundation crack with Flexispan in Lachine, Qc

Challenge

Problem: The client noticed that there was a crack on the outside of his house’s foundation and he wanted to have it fixed. When we introduced ourselves, we told him that the crack had probably gone through the wall and that it needed to be repaired from the inside.

Solution

Solution: First of all, we opened the wall in order to see the entire crack and then for the repair we injected polyurethane inside the crack. Then we put CarbonArmor so that the foundation stretches less and the crack does not expand. As for the last step, we have covered the crack with FlexiSpan, so that the crack is nice and well sealed properly.

From now on, this customer can have the peace of mind, because the crack has been repaired and is does no longer present any problem.
