Basement Crack Repair Photo Album: Repair of a foundation crack with the Flexispan in Rosemère, Qc
This client who resides in the town of Rosemère had a crack in his foundation and water entered it during the period of snowmelt and also when there was rain.
The solution for this project was to install our product called Flexispan, this product is made from polyurethane that we inject into the crack. Subsequently, the crack is covered with coating also based on polyurethane but will serve as a finish. Finally, we dug a small hole in front of the place where we find the crack where the drainage membrane will exist.

At the bottom of the crack we dug a small hole where we install a drainage membrane that will redirect the water to the sump pump.

Finally we covered the small hole with concrete to create a nice finish.
