Problem

Ms. Wilberg had a wet crawl space with water seepage. Moisture comes from the earthen floor, but also from the concrete foundation walls.

Solution

We installed a drainage membrane and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. The drainage membrane creates a drainage space below the Cleanspace to direct surface water to the customer's sump pump system. CleanSpace is a 20mm thick coating that acts as a vapor barrier. It insulates the floor of the house by blocking out moisture.

Our client wanted to protect his basement from water infiltration.

To do this, our specialist recommended the installation of a TripleSafe sump pump system with a WaterGuard drain. This combination helps to evacuate the water that can infiltrate in an effective way. In order to give a finished look to the basement wall, we installed BrightWall walls. They protect the Basement and give it a finished look.
