We got a call from someone who lives in Pointes-Aux-Trembles area, telling us about water infiltration problems in his basement and asking us about available solutions...

She told us that water was filling his entire basement floors and was ruining all his belongings in that place, even though he had already a pedestal pump. Also, the air in that place was very humid and moldy, and he felt that his health was getting affected by these issues.
