Mr. Guilbert was the victim of a flood in spring and his basement was damaged. He had to empty everything and throw away most of his belongings. Since living there, he had not had a problem with flooding, but the sump pump that was in place could not meet his needs and effectively remove the water last spring. .
He wanted to finish his basement to use this space, but was worried about next spring because he did not want to relive that bad experience. So he decided to have a new sump pump system installed.

To solve Mr. Guilbert's problem, our experts installed our TripleSafe sump pump system as well as an outdoor discharge line featuring an IceGuard drain system.
Our TripleSafe is our most reliable and efficient sump pump system thanks to its triple protection. It contains three pumps; the 1st Zoeller 1/3 HP cast iron M-53 main pump, the second 1/2 HP Zoeller M-98 pump works if the 1st pump is not sufficient or if it fails and then the 3rd battery-powered UltraSump pump . This way, if a power failure occurs, the battery pump will take over. Together, the first two pumps can remove up to 23,470 liters of water per hour!
In order to pump the water out, our experts laid an exterior drain line nearly 20 feet long underground to expel the water away from the house. They installed two IceGuards on the exterior foundation wall to prevent flooding caused by freezing the drain line that they connected to the drain line. And then they put a LawnScape outlet at the end of the discharge line, which conceals the outlet of the pipe.
