Problem

Mr Achachi had moisture problems in his basement. He had noticed in some places of his basement some walls traces of water and this meant that there was water seeping through the foundation walls in his basement.

One of the causes was the presence of cracks in the foundation walls that allowed water and moisture to seep into the basement.

Solution

Solution

We first sealed these cracks with our FlexiSpan solution. Next, we installed a SuperSump sump pump system which includes a 1 / 2HP cast iron Zoeller pump. This way the soil water is drained outside away from the house and it can reduce the humidity in the basement. And then a WaterGuard foundation interior drain was laid on the foundation footing. This collects the water coming from the walls and which may be on the surface of the ground to direct it towards the SuperSump to evacuate it
