Challenge

Mr. Francois who lives in Coaticook noticed that there was a moisture problem causing bad smells in the house.

After much research on the internet, he found Systèmes Sous-sol Québec’ and following his call we sent a team of Professionals to perform a complete encapsulation of the CrawlSpace.

Solution

The team installed a CleanSpace membrane which is designed to create an ultra-resistant barrier against moisture, preventing mold growth. This product is guaranteed for 25 years against tear and wear and the liner is a heavy 20-mil-thick material. And is composed of 7 layers of high density polyethylene and is specified by being very durable and affordable.

After the installation, the crawlspace looked so bright and clean and our client was able to use his CrawlSpace area.
