Water penetration issues in a basement in Deux-Montagnes
Challenge
Our client Ms. Mitchell who lives in this house in Deux-Montagnes had suffered from water infiltration problems in her basement, in addition to several foundation cracks through which water had been was seeping.
Following a water damage, she had to throw all the belongings out of her basement.
So she has decided to completely fix by waterproofing it before it is finished.
Solution
In order to solve her problems, our team started by installing our WaterGuard interior foundation drain system throughout the foundation walls. Then, we installed a SuperSump sump pump system.
The water will therefore be directed far outside the house.
Ms. Mitchell can now enjoy her dry basement and begin her basement finishing work.
