Challenge

Our client started to notice that water was accumulating in his basement  and was looking for a permanent solution. He did not want to  make an exterior drain, so he asked for our company’s interior drain system called WaterGuard.

After setting an appointment with our specialist, he went to his home to explain our solutions and propose a tailor-made project. Following a free estimate, our client then decided to deal with Systèmes Sous-sol Québec.

Solution

Our WaterGuard system covers the perimeter of his basement. This drain system is internal and effectively collects water that seeps into the basement. The WaterGuard system also avoids digging all around the house and therefore destroying the landscape surrounding the house.

The drain empties into a patented sump basement system. It is a system with two pumps, one of which is battery operated. The backup system has enough energy to drain an average pool.

Thanks to these solutions, our client benefits from a dry basement at all times.
