Another wet and instable basement that needed to be waterproofed in Trois-Rives, Qc

Challenge

It is always  recommended to check for any signs of dampness in the basement before getting a new house. And it is necessary to know the problems always before you buy.

So when our client had got his house years ago, he did not check his basement properly, and problems started to happen, water started penetrating and had ruined all of the belongings installed in this place.

After contacting our company, we checked up his basement for free and informed him about our products.

Solution

at start, since the sump pump needed to be replaced, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump that is designed to protect him from any problems that might occur with standard sump pumps.  As well as an alarm to alert your attention to any problems, it also uses a specially designed Ultra Sump battery and supporting pump to backup the primary pump.

Also we had found that the basement was not stable and this would affect the entire house, so  we stabilized the foundations with our SmartJacks galvanized steel support beams. These beams support the joists and will be highly resistant to the hostile environment of the crawl space.
