A poorly insulated basement in Montreal
Challenge
This basement in Montreal was really big and our client Maisan wanted to benefit from it to store all her belongings but water and humidity in the place was stooping her from it.
So she decided one day to look for ways to fix this issue and this is when she found our company, contacted us and asked for our free inspection
After the inspection, we suggested her that she needed to waterproof the entire area, and it will save her money, time and headache.
Solution
Furthermore our specialist recommended the installation of the’ WaterGuard’ our inner French drain system; and seal the wall cracks with our FlexiSpan product.
These methods include polyurethane injection, which seals the cracks inside-out, and FlexiSpan, which seals the crack as a secondary line of defense and provides a hidden drain channel should any leakage reoccur.
The installation went great, and our client is super happy with the results done and started using this area to keep her belongings.
