Problems with water infiltration in a basement in Saint-constant, Qc

Problem:

Ms. Rivard called Systèmes Sous-sols Québec because she had water infiltration problems in her basement, along with  cracks in her foundation wall.

Solution

Solution :

Our team installed a WaterGuard all along the foundation walls. The WaterGuard is an interior drain system that is placed under the floor slab. Next, the team encapsulated part of the walls with our CleanSpace encapsulation membrane to help channel water from the cracks to the WaterGuard. Then, we installed a SuperSump sump pump system to discharge the water outside the house. Finally, our plumber connected the pump to the city sewer.
