Challenge

Our client, owner of a house in Disraeli, was concerned regarding her basement. There was water infiltration beginning to cause excess moisture, which can lead to structural damage.

Solution

- Installation of our WaterGuard interior drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. This system will capture any infiltrated water. It is easy and effective to install as it does not require any excavation.

- Installation of the SuperSump pumping system, which includes backup pump that operates on battery power.

- Connection of the pump to a discharge line that will direct the water outside. This discharge line includes our patented IceGuard system, which prevents the discharge line from freezing during winter.
