Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement waterproofing in Boucherville, Quebec.
For several years, our client in Blainville had several water infiltration problems in his basement. When the snow melted in the spring or during the days of heavy rain, the water seeped through the foundation of his house. As we know, water can cause serious problems in a house, so the customer contacted us so we can send him a specialist for a free inspection on site.
Following the inspection, we sent a team of professionals to the customer’s house. The team completed the installation of a CleanSpace® membrane on the walls of the basement and a pump system SuperSump as well as several feet of WaterGuard. One particularity of this system was the installation of a TrenchDrain® around the water heater.
Since the installation of our system, the customer from Boucherville has not had a single drop of water on the floor of his basement. In addition, the WaterGuard system is guaranteed for the life of the house and is transferable if the house is sold one day. The customer is very satisfied with the work we have done at his home and he can now enjoy his dry basement.
Our team installed a CleanSpace membrane on the basement walls.
Our team installed a CleanSpace membrane on the basement walls. This wall membrane is made of a thick (20mil) white poly sheet material to completely cover the basement foundation walls. CleanSpace is installed by fastening the material to the rim joist atop the foundation wall, and by installing press-fit plastic fasteners into the masonry.

Technicians must finish the job with cement
