Basement Waterproofing - Leaking Wall

As you can clearly see in the picture, water has been leaking on and inside the foundation Block walls and ending up on the floor .You can notice the newspapers on the floor as the client was trying to prevent water from leakingfurther on the slab towards the rest of the basement.
