Our customer Mr. M bought his house a couple of years ago and everything was fine until he started having problems in his basement. Water started infiltrating under the slab and through the foundation walls every time it rained, even though he had a French drain installed along with an external pump connected to that drain. We quickly took action and went for a free inspection, then we sent our crew to waterproof the whole space by installing the WaterGuard, which is the replacement for the usual French drain that was clogged, and installing the TripleSafe sump pump system since the external pump wasn’t doing its job properly.
