Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Montreal
Our client from Montreal had serious moisture problems in her basement. She has tried to solve the problems a few years ago, but the issue was never been fixed and moisture started to aggravate causing her also serious health complications.
For those several reasons, our client contacted us so that we could send her a specialist for a free on-site inspection.
Following the inspection, we sent a team of professionals and the team installed several WaterGuard® drain lengths and a SuperSum sump pump system.
Since the installation, Mrs. Kathelenn no longer had a single drop of water on the floor of her basement and her health got better. In addition, she is very satisfied with the work we have done at home and can now make the most of her dry basement.

Unfortunately, when you have water infiltrating into your basement, you could not use it properly.
Installing the new basket
In order for the pump not to clog and get muddy, we insert a rigid liner and the actual sump pump will have to sit below the level of the floor.
The installation is almost over
After placing the basket, our team has installed the rest of the Supersump, one of the best sump pump systems that come with an alarm system, a waterproof drain and a Zoeller pump.
Installation of the internal foundation drain in Montreal
In this picture you can see the installation of the internal "french drain", or footing drain, the WaterGuard. This system is very flexible since we do not have to run along the full perimeter of the house, but treat the areas that have problems.

Our team After has broken about 6 inches of the slab perimeter, installed the drain, levelled it and connected it to the sump pump, and finally put cement on top.
