The CleanSpace membrane, the WaterGuard interior drain, the SumperSump sump pump, and the IceGuard and SuperSump accessories have been installed and connected. This basement is now resistant to any infiltration of water that could come from several different sources such as wall cracks, floor joists, porous concrete and several other various sources. We are happy to have worked on this beautiful project and to have waterproofed another house!

Drainage and drainage system

This accessory is connected to the discharge pipe that draws water from the sump pump to the outside of your house. In the event that the pipe freezes in winter, the IceGuard allows the water to drain through the open slots. So your basement is protected at all times.
