As described in the Before-After of this client, we encapsulated the crawlspace to block the infiltration of water and water vapor that could seep into the crawl space of this customer of Sainte-Martine. Our team has installed our patented encapsulation products specially designed for crawl spaces. The CleanSpace vapor barrier is one of our greatest pride. It is a 20 mil plastic coating similar to that of a swimming pool. The 7 layers of plastics have different characteristics in terms of flexibility and resistance to punctures and tears. Proposed Solution during inspection

Darinage Mat

We install a drainage mat so that the water that infiltrates is redirected to a sump pump system. This carpet also blocks the water vapor and condenses them by redirecting them towards the pump.
