Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Tilted Foundation Walls Stabilized in Piedmont, Qc
This customer from Piedmont called us after noticing that the block foundation of his walls has begun to tilt.
In addition, he realized that water was coming in throughout the walls and floors in his basement which was bad for the state of the place.
Our specialist informed him that we have the right products with the most cost-efficient prices!
At start we installed our CarbonArmor wall reinforcement system that stabilizes the foundations permanently.
Then we waterproofed the place by installing an interior drainage system ‘the WaterGuard’ which is designed not to get clogged, and will drain all the water from the walls and floors, and will not damage your house’s foundation.
And then it needed to be connected to our SuperSump pump which is a top-rated 1/3 HP Zoeller cast iron pumps that offers reliability and high-volume pumping.
And since sump pump discharge lines can freeze, especially in the northern regions, an IceGuard system needs to be installed.
Water infiltration is one of the biggest failures
Leaks can take years to show up, and if you can see water on the inside, significant damage to your envelope is likely.
Water damages are very bad
Water does not only affect the structure of the house, but the air that circulates in as well.
