Waterproofing the basement with a footing drain system
This is a special case where water was specifically coming from the wall, due to a poor installation of the pavers over the cement sidewalk, which pushed water over the door frame into the wall. Since the client did not have a sump pump, we redirected the water under the slab, by installing a Cleanspace Wall membrane along with CactusBoard, a perimeter basement footing drain and foundation wall drain system.

In this picture we show the refinished slab in the basement, where the CactusBoard was recovered with cement. Cleanspace does not only lead the water unto the permieter drainage system, but also blocks the humidity coming from those walls.

During the construction, we make sure to take care of our customer's belongings in the house. If required, we cover all the furniture in order to leave a clean and healthy space.
