Here's a request we received from a customer from Kirkland in February 2019: "Water seeps into our basement during freeze and thaw cycles only by one wall, but never during the rest of the year during even during the spring rains. " To solve this customer's problem, we need to waterproof the basement and finish the floor. We installed our WaterGuard Indoor Drainage System and SuperSump Sump Pump System. Once completed, we have installed the ThermalDry floor system which is an inorganic mat resistant to water and moisture. It is a product specially designed for the basement environment.
