Our customer’s place in Chénéville was suffering from water infiltration problems and needed to be waterproofed.
Our specialist Eugene therefore recommended a complete waterproofing system consisting from an interior drainage system, and a SuperSump, one of our most popular pumps.
Our SuperSump pump is one of the cleverest systems that do not allow anything to fall inside.

We began installing the WaterGuard interior drain
Once a perimeter of the concrete has been removed we can place the WaterGuard track below the floor and on top of the footer.
WaterGuard installation process
The WaterGuard drain is installed on the footing of the affected foundation. It collects water that seeps through the floor and walls. It is then connected to the SuperSump sump pump system.
Covering up the drain
Once installed, the WaterGuard drain is covered with concrete leveled to your floor.
Sump Pump installed
The SuperSump system contains a Zoeller pump, a 96-hole liner to allow water into the floor to enter the liner, an airtight lid that prevents water vapor from escaping, and an alarm system that alerts you when the water shows too high.
Discharge line connected to the sump pump
We buried the discharge line by removing the grass, then digging a trench in the lawn for the pipe. Once the pipe has been fitted in place, we'll restore your landscaping for a subtle, great-looking final product.
Lawnscape outlet
The LawnScape Outlet grate separates water at the end of an underground downspout extension or sump pump discharge line.
