Problem
This basement in Mont-Tremblant was very humid due to water infiltration. Mr. Mendez said he saw mold stains on the walls.
Solution
- Installation of a SuperSump sump pump system that includes a 1/2 HP Zoeller cast iron pump
- Addition of a WaterGuard interior French drain.
The customer did not have a sump pump system. So with the SuperSump the ground water will be expelled outside far from the foundation of the house. The WaterGuard interior drain is laid on the foundation footing all along the walls to collect water from the foundation walls and soil to direct it to the SuperSump.

Our client had already ripped everything off the drywall. It can be seen that there has been water infiltration on the concrete block foundation walls.
Installation of the WaterGuard
Our WaterGuard interior French drain is laid on the footing all along the walls. At the entrance a TrenchDrain has been installed to prevent water from entering the house through the doorways.
WaterGuard installed and addition of the SuperSump
After the WaterGuard has been installed, it was connected to our SuperSump sump pump system.
