Mina wanted to renew the basement of her residence after being informed of the problem of water infiltration in her basement.
After contacting Systèmes Sous-sol Québec, César Guevara showed Mina what the waterproofing problem was and how he could help solve it.
Our team had to dig a trench of about 6 inches, next, they placed rock at the bottom of the hole, to lay the WaterGuard drain lengths there and then installed the “TripleSafe” pump system which was to be installed. This pump system then evacuates the water to the outside of the house. In addition, a FlexiSpan membrane, specially designed to act as an elastic barrier, was affixed to the basement walls to close the cracks, in order to make the place completely waterproof and dry.
