Overview of the basement before the work had begun
The house had no water drainage system. The owner had problems with water infiltration and humidity.
WaterGuard Interior Foundation Drain
We then installed a WaterGuard interior drain all along the footing. It was connected to the sump pump system.

We installed our SuperSump sump pump system and covered the WaterGuard with concrete to give the basement a finished look.
