Challenge

Problem: Our client had an odor and humidity problem in her crawl space. There was no protection and that explained the high humidity level.

In addition a crawl space with excess moisture can be a breeding ground for mold, fungi, termites, and potentially even rodents.

Being uninsulated with high humidity created the odor.

Solution

As a solution, our certified specialist installed our CleanSpace membrane. Also, we installed a drainage membrane underneath it which redirects the water to the sump pump. We also installed a dehumidifier called SandiDry Sedona which controls the humidity level in the crawl space. Subsequently, this product was linked to our SmartSump pump for formidable efficiency. Moreover, we have installed a product called SilverGlow, in order to isolate the crawl space.

After our intervention, this client never felt an odor and now enjoys a dry crawl space.

As a last step, we seal everything to reduce humidity as much as possible.
