Challenge
Our client Mr. Hammer in West Brome was getting bothered from his sagging, bouncy floors above his crawl space but this is a common problem.
Sagging, bouncy floors indicate a serious structural problem that will worsen over time. These conditions can make floors unsafe, while also causing unsightly cracks in wallboard and beneath baseboard molding.
When we our team went to inspect his place, we informed Mr. Hammer about the existing wetness and moisture in his crawl space which has led to his main problem.
Solution
