Our client Caren had a humidity problem in her crawl space. Heavy condensations were beginning to form and were starting to damage the foundation of his house.
When the humidity in the crawl space is not treated, it will promote the appearance of mold that will eventually feed on the wood.

Solution
Given the problems of our client, it was important to insulate the earth because it is the number 1 cause of humidity in crawl spaces.
To do this we have installed a Drainage Matting which allows the excess humidity to be drained towards a system of sump pumps to extract it.
On top we laid a CleanSpace membrane to hermetically cover the earth. This way, no more water vapor will escape into the crawl space.
Our specialist also suggested changing the sump pump with a more efficient system. With a SuperSump system, our client benefits from a pump that is covered and does not release moisture into her crawl space.
