Challenge

Our client Mrs. Lauzon who lives in Trois-Rivieres had been suffering from  a high level of humidity in his house. She had also noticed that the foundation was sagging which was dangerous!

This was caused by moisture in the crawl space and was due to the weakening of the support pillars.

After finding our company , she contacted us  for a free inspection.

Solution

Our solution was to encapsulate the crawl space with our CleanSpace drainage membrane and our vapor barrier and then install additional SmartJack support pillars to reinforce the structure of the house.

Our CleanSpace will block the moisture from the earthen floor and foundation walls and will give a clear appearance to the crawl space.
