The owners of this house in Notre-Dame-De-La-Merci suffered from musty and damp smells inside their home, and they thought they came from the crawl space.

They called our company to come and check the place. After a thorough inspection of the home, we had determined that the exposure to the elements and the poor insulation were the main culprits.

We have designed an encapsulation system called CleanSpace to solve this problem once and for all. CleanSpace encapsulation technology is designed to completely protect the home from the bottom up. After removing the defective insulation, repairing the wooden beams were necessary, installing the moisture barriers and the dehumidification system in order to control the climate, our company was able to solve the odor problems of these owners. The owners were more than happy with the results and happy with the new and clean look of their crawl space.
