A poorly insulated crawl space in Montreal, Qc

Challenge

Mrs. Belley's crawl space was damp and needed insulation. It was also dirty and had a dirt floor.

Solution

We made a complete encapsulation of the crawl space to block any moisture that enters through the walls and through the earth. Then, we installed insulation panels on the walls to maximize energy savings and installed a sump pump system to pump all surface water out of the house.
