Renovating a crawl space in Boileau, QC

Our customer, who lives in Boileau, contacted us because of excessive moisture and mold in his crawl space. In addition, there was water infiltration. This had a dramatic effect on his home, which became colder and less comfortable. In addition, the sagging of the floor began to be alarming.  

We installed three SmartJack galvanized steel support beams to stabilize the floor and raise it to its normal level.   

Then we insulated the crawl space walls with SilverGlo high-performance graphite system.  

We installed our TripleSafe sump pump, which includes three pumps, with the WaterWatch alarm that goes off to warn you when the water level exceeds the limit.  

We continued by encapsulating the crawl space using the CleanSpace system, consisting of the drainage matting and the vapor barrier.  

Finally, we installed our IceGuard system on the outside to prevent flooding in case the drain line freezes.   

The crawl space is now dry and well maintained.
