Our client, living in Becancour, recently contacted us after noticing complications with water infiltration in his crawlspace. This issue had led to mold formation and uncomfortable conditions within his home. Water infiltrations and the presence of mold threatened indoor air quality. It was crucial to find a solution to prevent the risk of foundation settling.

Solution

Our team of workers began by removing all items deposited in the crawlspace. Then, we removed the mold stains. Next, we installed the CleanSpace system. This drainage matting acts as a waterproof barrier, preventing water from entering the crawlspace. To complete our work, we installed a drainage system to effectively channel any accumulated water towards a sump pump system.
