Challenge

Our client contacted us after noticing irritating odors in his house. Our specialist noticed excessive humidity, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere in the adjacent rooms. Dan then directly examined the crawlspace of this house, which was the source of all these complications. We explained that a bad and moldy crawlspace could further cause structural damage to the house's foundation.

Solution

Our team of workers installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system throughout the crawlspace. Next, we implemented a flexible layer of thermal insulation called TerraBlock. Finally, we installed our SmartDrain to prevent any water infiltration in case of plumbing leaks.
