We encapsulated this entire place in Howick, Qc The crawl space was suffering from water accumulation due to water leakage, bacteria and mold growth. We started by isolating the house from the ground with the CleanSpace vapor barrier. Installed SmartJack support Beams, then we installed a SmartSump pump that allows the crawl space to be protected in case of a plumbing leak by intercepting the water and alarming you with the problem.

When the crawl space is not isolated from the house and the soil of the area where the house is located is a soil filled with water, the water vapor emerges and humidifies much of the crawl space air.
