Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Encapsulation of a crawl space and installation of a SaniDry Sedona in Berthierville, Qc

This client from Berthierville found that there was always an odor coming from her crawl space and that was detrimental to her comfort, because the odor was unpleasant. In addition, the crawl space was very humid and this may partly explain this smell. As a solution, we installed our CleanSpace membrane, which serves as a vapor barrier, and it is accompanied by a drainage membrane, to redirect the water to the sump pump that we installed, the SuperSump. In addition, to ensure that we reduce the humidity in this crawl space as much as possible, we installed a SaniDry Sedona. This product is a high performance dehumidifier which withdraws approximately 47 liters of water per day, this one is connected to the sump pump, in order to evacuate it out of the house.
